Our eight-stage process transforms complexity into clarity, guiding you seamlessly from concept to completion. Together with our trusted network of artisans and contractors, we create interiors that balance precision and soul — spaces that feel effortless, elevated, and unforgettable.

Discovery + Consulation

Goal: Understand your needs and vision.

  • Initial meeting (in-person or virtual)

  • Review of lifestyle, goals, budget, and timeline

  • Site visit & photos

  • Agreement on scope of work

Concept Development

Goal: Explore visual directions and general layout ideas.

  • Mood boards / inspiration imagery

  • Preliminary floor plans and spatial planning

  • Color palette and material suggestions

  • Client feedback & alignment

design Development

Goal: Finalize design details and key selections.

  • Detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings (if needed)

  • Selection of furniture, lighting, materials, finishes

  • Custom pieces (if any) begin development

  • Budget update

Planing + Procurement

Goal: Prepare documentation and execution plan.

  • Finalize all selections & approve orders

  • Place orders for furniture, materials, etc.

  • Coordinate deliveries & lead times

  • Store goods as necessary to fit project needs*

  • Develop project schedule

Implementation + Instilation

Goal: Prepare documentation and execution plan. 

  • On-site work begins (painting, millwork, construction if applicable)

  • Installation of furniture, window treatments, artwork, etc.

  • Styling and finishing touches

  • Site walkthrough with client

Project Close out

Goal: Ensure everything meets client expectations.

  • Final punch list walk-through

  • Address any outstanding items

  • Deliver care instructions or maintenance notes

  • Arrange photoshoot

  • Celebrate the finished space!
